We have enjoyed Zycom Technology's excellent service for several years now. Before our relationship with Zycom, I dreaded server upgrades. We had experienced downtime ranging from 2 days to a full week on previous projects. I approached our 2006 project fully expecting the same disruption to our business. I was very pleasantly surprised – we were only ‘down” for about 30 minutes, and everything worked properly without requiring weeks of ‘fine tuning” afterwards. They take time to explain things and answer any questions I have. Zycom provides monthly executive summaries of our network's health and performance, as well as quarterly face-to-face meetings with our rep.
